Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Returned with all original documentation included
Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping costs
- Items originally shipped with free shipping will be refunded less the actual shipping cost incurred.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Before you return anything
Please email or call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused and returned to you at your own expense. Your RA number must be clearly marked near the shipping label.

A few more things to know:
- Packages returned by the carrier as undeliverable or refused are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange a reship — any additional shipping costs will apply.
- Defects discovered 14 or more days after receipt must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are not covered under our return policy.
